Our Commitment

Alyeska’s TAPS Policies and Code of Conduct sets the high standards and expectations for the values, business conduct, behaviors and decision-making for those working on TAPS. Teamwork, safety, innovation, integrity – those aren’t just words on TAPS, but the core values and guiding principles for how we all should do business. By embodying those values, workers have strengthened a culture of #TAPSPride.

All issues and concerns – especially those dealing with safety, integrity and environmental matters – get identified and raised and do not stay hidden.

  • Resolution of issues and concerns occur at the lowest organizational level possible, using the maximum involvement by local management that is needed.
  • TAPS personnel willingly identify safety, integrity and compliance issues and other concerns, and do so without fear of harassment, intimidation, retaliation, or discrimination (HIRD).
  • TAPS personnel should feel willing and able to seek resolution through their immediate supervisor or other members of their chain of command but may use any avenue they choose to raise a concern or issue.
  • TAPS Supervisors and managers will conduct themselves in a manner that workers have confidence and believe that management is a credible avenue and is the first choice of the individual to bring issues and concerns to them for resolution.
  • If a TAPS worker is unwilling, unable, or unsuccessful in resolving the issue or concern within their management chain, then other alternate resolution means are available.
